These terms cover forenly.ai — the site you're reading. Work we do for a client is governed by the agreement we sign with that client, not by this page.

What this site is
forenly.ai presents Forenly AI and publishes our lab studies. It is information, not an offer, and nothing here creates a contract on its own. If you want to work with us, book a meeting and we'll put something in writing.
Our lab studies
The lab studies describe experiments we actually ran, and the figures in them are measured rather than estimated. We publish the limitations alongside the results on purpose.
Even so, they are research notes, not guarantees. A result we obtained on our hardware, in our scene, with our setup, may not carry over to yours. Don't treat a published number as a promise about your own project — ask us and we'll tell you honestly what transfers.
You're welcome to quote or reference a study, and we'd appreciate a link back. Republishing a study wholesale, or presenting our videos and figures as your own work, is not okay.
What belongs to whom
The text, code, renders, videos and brand on this site belong to Forenly AI, except where something is credited to someone else. Third-party software we build on — Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, ProtoMotions and others — belongs to its own owners and carries its own licences.
Using it fairly
Please don't attack the site, try to break into it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to do something illegal. Beyond that, read and share freely.
No warranty, and limits
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will never be wrong or never go down.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here. This does not limit anything that cannot legally be limited.
Payments
You can't buy anything on this site — the only action here is booking a meeting. If you buy something from us through another platform, that platform's terms and refund rules apply to that purchase, alongside whatever we agree with you directly.
Law, and changes
Forenly AI operates from Türkiye and these terms are governed by Turkish law.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
