How it works

A customer describes the task — wiping a counter, carrying an object, grasping a tool. Forenly AI builds a digital twin of the real scene and trains the motor skill inside physics simulation.

The policy is validated through automated QA: visual checks, contact analysis, and success-rate gates. Only policies that pass transfer to the physical robot.

On-site deployment is a skill transfer, not a software installation. The robot receives a validated motor policy and executes the task in the real environment it was trained for.

Post-deployment, telemetry feeds back into the simulation for continuous improvement — edge cases found in the field become training scenarios for the next policy version.
